NEW YORK (AP) — In a lopsided win http://www.redsoxproshops.com/authentic-david-ortiz-jersey , see.Didi Gregorius hurt his left heel in a collision at first base during a 10-2 romp over Toronto on Sunday, an injury that could sideline the star shortstop for a while.“It’s something that we’ll monitor over the next 24 hours, could potentially be a DL thing,” said manager Aaron Boone, who Gregorius had a “pretty bad bruise.”The Yankees, with the second-best record in the majors behind AL East-leading Boston, already have sluggers Aaron Judge and Gary Sanchez on the disabled list. Gregorius is batting .270 with 22 home runs and 74 RBIs, and has 48 extra-base hits this season.Boone said rookie second baseman Gleyber Torres could fill in at short if Gregorius is out for an extended time.Gregorius, who was hitting cleanup, was hurt while beating out an infield hit in a six-run first, an inning capped by Greg Bird’s grand slam.Blue Jays second baseman Devon Travis fielded Gregorius’ grounder and made an off-balance throw that first baseman Kendrys Morales fielded on one hop. Morales was in the baseline and Gregorius tumbled over him.Gregorius remained in the game for the moment, but was lifted prior to the start of the top of the third.J.A. Happ stayed unbeaten with New York by topping his former Toronto teammates and Greg Bird hit a grand slam during a six-run first inning.Happ (14-6) faced the Blue Jays for the first time since they traded him to the Yankees on July 26. The 35-year-old lefty has won all four of his starts for New York.“It was strange, I think I can admit that,” Happ said. “I think I probably prefer not knowing the opposition the way that I know those guys.”Happ allowed two runs and seven hits in 5 1/3 innings, striking out eight. Randal Grichuk hit a solo homer in the first.Blue Jays manager John Gibbons joked that his former pitcher had no idea about his club’s offensive approach there.“I guess Happ hadn’t been paying attention while he was here because we swing 3-0 a lot and Grich got him,” he said.Rookie Miguel Andujar drove in two runs and backup infielder Ronald Torreyes, who replaced Gregorius, added three hits as the Yankees finished off a three-game sweep. The Yankees’ first six batters each reached base against Ryan Borucki (2-3).Aaron Hicks and Giancarlo Stanton walked and Andujar hit a tying single. Gregorius followed with his hit and Torres reached on an infield single, setting up Bird’s slam into the right field stands. Borucki got the next two batters out before he was replaced.Happ allowed a leadoff homer to Morales in the sixth. The Yankees scored four more runs in the sixth Bobby Doerr Jersey , with Gibbons getting ejected for arguing a call at first base.HOMECOMINGThe Yankees start a series Monday night at Miami, where Stanton played his first eight years in the majors. Stanton led the majors with 59 home runs last season and was the NL MVP. This will be his first game at Marlins Park since being traded to the Yankees in December. And by the way, he is just one home run shy of his 300th.“It’s going to be weird for sure walking in, going to the visitors’ side,” Stanton said. “But I am looking forward to it. It’s a big part of my life, my time down there. It will be a cool experience.”TRAINER’S ROOMBlue Jays: RHP Marcus Stroman (right middle finger blister) was put on the 10-day disabled list, retroactive to Aug. 16. … LHP Thomas Pannone was called up from Triple-A Buffalo. He is scheduled to start Wednesday against Baltimore, but pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief. … Purchased the contract of RHP Justin Shafer from Buffalo. He pitched one scoreless inning in his big league debut. … LHP Luis Santos was optioned to Buffalo. … RHP Aaron Sanchez was moved to the 60-day disabled list.Yankees: C Austin Romine, who took a hard foul tip to his mask on Saturday, was held out of the game. He said he did not have a concussion. . After the game, Judge said he participated in some baseball activities earlier in the day. He is still experiencing pain in his right fractured wrist.UP NEXTBlue Jays: RHP Marco Estrada (6-9, 4.87 ERA) will be on the mound Monday night to start the first game of three at home against Baltimore.Yankees: RHP Masahiro Tanaka (9-4, 4.03) starts the opener a two-game set at Miami. Tanaka lost his last start against Tampa Bay on Thursday, giving up two runs in six innings while striking out six. SEATTLE (AP) — Jean Segura made a smart slide to score. It’s the roundabout path he took toward the plate that bothered Seattle manager Scott Servais.Servais pulled Segura for a lack of hustle after two innings, saying he wanted to send the All-Star shortstop a message Friday night during the Mariners‘ 12-6 win over the Texas Rangers.“We’re going to play hard through the end of the year. I didn’t think Jean gave a really good effort trying to score from second and he came out of the game,” Servais said.Segura is hitting .301 after a prolonged dip in the second half. Servais didn’t commit to play Segura in the final two games of the regular season. The Mariners scored seven times in the second inning, helped by four walks from Martin Perez (2-7) and a three-run error by right fielder Nomar Mazara on a ball hit by Segura.Perez had allowed two runs when he was replaced by Jeffrey Springs with two outs and the bases loaded. Segura hit a flyball and it looked as if it would be an easy catch for Mazara at the front of the warning track, but the ball skipped off the top of his glove, clearing the bases to make it 5-0.Segura reached second on the play http://www.redsoxproshops.com/authentic-jimmie-foxx-jersey , and Cano followed with a single to right-center. Segura barely scored, needing to twist around catcher Robinson Chirinos to make it safely home. A double by Nelson Cruz accounted for the final run of the inning.Cano had four hits and Cameron Maybin had four RBIs as Seattle built a nine-run lead after three innings.Cano was suspended for 80 games this season after testing positive for a performance-enhancing drug. Since being reinstated, he is hitting .319 with six homers and 28 RBIs.He wanted to play well on Fan Appreciation Night.“We went out there tonight and showed people how much we care and how much we respect the fans,” Cano said. “The games don’t mean anything, but we’re still going to compete. You want to always give 100 percent.”Maybin had three hits and Cano drove in two runs and scored twice.“There were some mistakes made, but we’re going to focus on the positives,” Rangers interim manager Don Wakamatsu said. “We talked about finishing hard and playing to the end of the game. We had chances to come back and tie that ballgame after being down. I’m proud of those guys.”Wade LeBlanc (9-5) had a rough outing, allowing five earned runs on six hits in five innings, but ended the season with career highs in innings (162), starts (27) and strikeouts (130).“This season definitely was a huge blessing,” said LeBlanc, who joined the team in late March and became a starter in May. “If you had asked me in March, I’d be hard-pressed to say I’d be standing here. It’s been a fun experience to be here with these guys and go to battle every day. It didn’t turn out where we wanted, but there’s not a lot of teams it does work out for.”Seattle added two runs in the third on a double by Maybin and a single by Cano that made it 9-0. Maybin had an RBI double one inning later and a two-run single in the eighth.Chirinos hit a two-run homer and the Rangers scored four runs off LeBlanc in the fourth. He gave up two more runs in the fifth.LeBlanc was asked if the long time in the dugout had a detrimental effect on his pitching.“Yeah, how selfish of those guys to keep scoring all those runs,” LeBlanc joked. “Nah, it just sometimes the guy that finishes the game is completely different than the guy who starts it. I threw pitches for the first three innings probably the best I’ve thrown the whole second half. But everything was awful in the fourth and fifth inning.”The Mariners (87-73) were 46-25 on June 16, but have gone 41-48 since.“How we got there is a little crazy, with the hot start and tailing off in the second half Johnny Pesky Jersey ,” Servais said. “Overall there will be some good things come out of the season, but we’re still not where we want to be as a team.”MILESTONESAdrian Beltre doubled to right-center in the Texas fourth for the 1,705th RBI of his career, moving him ahead of Frank Thomas and alone in 21st place on the all-time list. Cano’s double in the sixth tied him with Lou Gehrig for 40th on the all-time list at 534.TRANSACTIONSThe Rangers purchased the contract of RHP Brandon Mann from Triple-A Round Rock. The move will give the Tacoma, Washington, native a chance to pitch in front of his friends and family. Mann will work out of the bullpen this week. He appeared in six games for Texas this year, posting a 6.14 ERA in 7 1/3 innings of relief.TRAINER’S ROOMMariners: 2B Dee Gordon was not in the lineup for the third consecutive game after fouling a pitch off his foot Tuesday night. “We’ll wait and see,” Servais said. “I wanted to give Dee a couple of days off and we’ll see if he’s able to go (Saturday) night.”UP NEXTRangers: RHP Adrian Sampson (0-2, 4.96 ERA) will make his fourth start, going against his former teammates for the first time. Sampson made one start for the Mariners in 2016, taking the loss in Boston when he allowed four runs on eight hits in 4 2/3 innings. Sampson, 26, is a Seattle-area native who attended Skyline High School in Sammamish. He missed his senior season after having Tommy John surgery in 2009.Mariners: LHP James Paxton (11-6, 3.85 ERA) will make his 28th and final start of the season. He needs one more strikeout to reach 200 — the last Mariners pitcher to fan that many since Felix Hernandez in 2014. Paxton already has pitched more innings than any season of his career, but he’s hoping to go at least 5 2/3 innings to reach 160 for the year. A win also would tie his career high of 12 last season. Servais announced that LHP Roenis Elias will start the season finale Sunday.

years of his professional career with the Pittsburgh Pirates organization http://www.piratesfanproshop.com/authentic-colin-moran-jersey , Andrew McCutchen could be on the move for the second time in 2018.Jon Paul Morosi of MLB.com reported the New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians and Philadelphia Phillies have all called the San Francisco Giants about the veteran outfielder prior to Tuesday's 4 p.m. ET non-waiver trade deadline.San FranciscoacquiredMcCutchenin January as it looked to upgrade its outfield and pull off more even-year magic. Instead, injuries have made it tough for the Giants to contend, as they find themselves at the .500 mark (54-54). They lost six of their first eight games coming out of the All-Star breakhis after ending the first half on a two-game losing streak.Despite a slow start and recent struggles, San Francisco remains 5.5 games back of first place in the National League West and five games back in the wild-card race. Now, they must decide whether to try to make a run at the playoffs or move veteran players as they look toward the future. If they sell, McCutchen could be a hot name. The 2013 NL MVP may no longer be the player he once was, but he can still produce at the plate. He is hitting .258/.352/.407 with 10 home runs, 24 doubles, two triples and 43 RBI in his first year in the Bay Area. ATT Park is far from a hitter's paradise, and he has hit just three dingers at home in 52 games this season. The 31-year-old is no longer a Gold Glove-caliber center fielder and is best suited for a corner outfield position. PerFanGraphs David Freese Jersey , he ranks 11th (zero) among all right fielders in defensive runs saved.New York is in need of outfield depth. Aaron Judge is expected to miss three weeks because of a fractured wrist after recently getting hit by a pitch, and Clint Frazier (concussion) and Jacoby Ellsbury (hip) are also on the disabled list. As a result, Giancarlo Stanton will likely see more time in right if the Yankees can't add depth.Cleveland is in need of outfield help as well, although journeyman Melky Cabrera (.273 average in 26 games) has come on strong with a .400 average in nine July contests. Philadelphia has been adding veterans (Carlos Santana, Jake Arrieta and Asdrubal Cabrera) toone of the youngest rosters in baseballsince the offseason as it looks to end a six-year playoff drought.McCutchen likely won't kick off a major bidding war the way he once would have, but as he's set for free agency this winter, the Giants may look to get a deadline return. The Minnesota Twins have already traded Brian Dozier, Eduardo Escobar, Lance Lynn, Zach Duke, Ryan Pressly and Fernando Rodney Tyler Glasnow Jersey , seemingly with little difficulty. It won't be so easy to move their resident All-Star, batting champion and American League MVP.That would be Joe Mauer. According to Mike Berardino ofPioneer Press, the 35-year-old first baseman cleared revocable waivers last week. That means none of Major League Baseball's 29 other teams put in a claim on him.Mind you, this doesn't mean Mauercan't be traded. If anything, it's easier for the Twins to deal him. Had a team claimed him while he was on waivers, the Twins only could have worked out an agreement with that club. They're now free to trade him anywhere ahead of the August 31 deadline to acquire postseason-eligible players. This will take three to tango, however. And the Twins may be the only ones willing to show up for this particular dance. There's a question of whether Mauer would accept a move or exercise his no-trade clause. He's a native of nearby St. Paul, Minnesota, and he indicated in July he would prefer to stay where he is."These types of decisions, I think most people think of just the baseball and not the big picture," Mauer told Berardino. "I have a lot more than just the baseball part. I think I've made it pretty clear over the years where I want to be and what I want to be doing and that really hasn't changed."The Colorado Rockies http://www.piratesfanproshop.com/authentic-adam-frazier-jersey , Seattle Mariners and New York Yankees are three contenders who could use an upgrade at first base. But none of the three trulyneeds one, and they may be unwilling to reach for one with a salary as big as Mauer's.He's in the final season of the eight-year, $184 million contract extension he signed in 2010, when he was fresh off winning the AL MVP award as baseball's foremost two-way catcher. He's still owed roughly $7 million of the $23 million he's making, per Berardino. That's a lot of money for a guy who doesn't bring much to the table anymore.Hannah Foslien/Getty ImagesMauer has become a decentfirst baseman in the years since he moved out from behind the plate in 2014. But he's not the same hitter who posted a .323 average and .873 OPS between 2004 and 2013. In fact, the .705 OPS he has this year is on track to be the worst of his career.Mauer isn't fundamentally broken as a hitter. He still draws plenty of walks (10.5 BB%), and he's still bucking baseball's ever-worsening strikeout trend (14.0 K%). He's also racking up hard contact at a rate that he hasn't since 2010.Mauer is thus proving he's still good for batting average (.269) and on-base percentage (.349). The problem, however, is these things aren't good for much without power.Indeed, the veteran'spoweris virtually nonexistent:Mauer's .086 ISO ranks seventh from the bottom among all batting-title qualifiers and dead last among primary first basemen. He's tallied just 21 extra-base hits all season, and just three of those have been home runs. That puts him on track to repeat his 2014 feat of qualifying for the batting title yet finishing with fewer than five homers. Before him Chad Kuhl Jersey , the last primary first baseman to do that was Jose Offerman in 1996.Of course, Mauer has rarely been a big-time power hitter. He peaked with 28 home runs in 2009, and he's never come close to repeating that. And at this point, he sure looks like an old dog who's uninterested in learning a new trick. While many hitters have found extra power by giving in to the launch angle craze, Mauer has barely changed his own:2015:3.8 degrees2016:3.8 degrees2017:5.6 degrees2018:4.5 degreesBy doing so, he's kept the bulk of his batted balls on the ground. That's not a recommended way to hit for power.Jim Mone/Associated PressAs for the fly balls and line drives Mauerdoes hit, he still prefers to send them to the opposite field. That's the toughest direction in which a hitter can try to clear the fence, and Mauer isn't getting better at doing so with age. The one opposite-field homer he has this year accounts for just 2.5 percent of the fly balls he's hit to left field. To boot, outfield shifts appear to be taking away other extra-base hits. According to Baseball Savant, he's slugging just .667 on fly balls and line drives against "strategic" outfield alignments. That's his lowest mark in the four-year Statcast era."Right now, it's probably tougher to be a hitter than any time at any point in my career http://www.piratesfanproshop.com/authentic-ivan-nova-jersey ," Mauer conceded to Chris Hine of the Star Tribune. If a team is going to take a chance on a hitter like this, it won't be as a $7 million experiment. The Rockies, Mariners, Yankees or whoever would have to convince the Twins to eat some money. But that might not get it done. Even if Mauer is willing to waive his no-trade clause, the Twins may not agree to eat any of his remaining salary unless they get a real prospect or two back. A Mauer experiment isn't necessarily worth that price.Ultimately, Mauer is probably stuck where he is, and maybe that suits him just fine. se of Dakota Prescott There are a lot of reasons to be excited about this Dallas Cowboys football team. Sure Youth Customized Dallas Cowboys Jerseys , fans want results and they want them now. That’s something that’s never going to change, but patience has led to the building of a football team that has a lot of good pieces that can help them contend for years. The defensive line is on the rise with the emergence of DeMarcus Lawrence and several other young, hungry edge rushers. The linebacker group has a couple young talents to mix in with aging-yet-still-breathing Sean Lee. And the secondary is filled with young talent that gets better by the day. Whether we completely trust it or not, this Cowboys defense is getting stronger and stronger. Then there is the offense. While the offensive line is enduring some growing pains due to some new faces in new places, this is still a strong unit. We don’t know what is going to happen with Travis Frederick exactly, but the hope is that he eventually returns and that the line improves. Rookie Connor Williams should improve as well. The offense still has one of the games most explosive running backs in Ezekiel Elliott. And while there are still plenty of questions when it comes to the wide receivers and tight ends, this is still an offense that can be good as long as they have a quality performance from one guy - Dak Prescott. It should not be surprising that the play of a team’s quarterback is such a huge factor in determining their success. Sure, it’s just one guy, but it’s an important guy. Before we get to Prescott, let’s take a quick look at each team’s starting quarterback, their age, and their average annual salary.Let’s change this up a bit and break it down into three groups - aging veterans, QBs with plenty of life left, and the up-and-coming young guns.Note: Baltimore, Arizona, and Cleveland each make this list twice as they have both a veteran QB and a 2018 first-round draft pick in their back pocket for later. New Orleans also makes this list twice as they’ve recently traded for Teddy Bridgewater as a possible path-forward for when Drew Brees calls it quits.Five of the eight quarterbacks in this first group are Super Bowl champions. Their teams are riding out whatever’s left from them. Some of them also have a young quarterback to groom on their roster. Some don’t.The middle group consists of teams that appear to have their quarterback situation set for the next several years and have financially invested in these players. Only Denver’s Case Keenum is considered a temporary band aid for his team and they are without a young quarterback for the future. Whether they are reliable players or erratic at times, these are the quarterbacks their teams are committed to right now.The final group on the right are the young quarterbacks who their team hopes can become the franchise quarterback that can lead them to success going forward. As you may have noticed www.cowboysauthorizedshops.com , our guy Dak Prescott is in this group with the rest of these hopeful quarterbacks. The thing that stands out is his puny $680,000 salary compared to everyone else’s rookie contract. And that’s simply because Prescott was a fourth-round pick whereas every single one of these other guys are first-round picks. Every one. Not only that, but 11 out of these 14 quarterbacks are top 12 overall selections in the draft. There’s a new craze going on in the NFL and that’s grabbing a young quarterback early in the draft. A quick review of recent year’s selections yields:2018 - Five QBs taken in the first round. Two of them are already starting.2017 - Three QB’s taken in the first round. All three (Deshaun Watson, Mitchell Trubisky, and Patrick Mahomes) are now starting.2016 - Three QB’s taken in the first round with two of them taken first and second overall (Jared Goff and Carson Wentz). The guy taken 26th overall (Paxton Lynch) isn’t in the league anymore.2015 - Two QB’s taken in the first round with both of them taken first and second overall (Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariotta).2014 - Blake Bortles selected third overall. Johnny Manziel (22nd overall) was a bust and Teddy Bridgewater (32nd overall) is now a backup. Derek Carr (36th overall) and Jimmy Garoppolo (62nd overall) were great finds in the second round and they are both very wealthy now.A couple things from this list makes me a little worried as a Cowboys fans. There are only two busts from this list and the Cowboys were interested in both of them. Thanks to Jerry Jones inability to keep a tight lip, we’ve all heard him whine about how much he regretted passing up on Johnny Manziel and Paxton Lynch. Either of those decisions would have been a draft travesty for the team. The next thing to notice is that there are a lot of teams making an early-round investment to get their quarterback, even if it meant sacrificing some pricey draft capital. Many teams have traded to get their guy and now they have him. The Cowboys didn’t do that. They were patient and got Prescott at the end of the fourth round. Many people claim that Dallas just got lucky, but is it possible the Cowboys didn’t get “lucky” after all? What if Prescott isn’t a fourth-round gem, but a fourth-round caliber talent after all?It seems silly to consider this a possibility after we’ve already witness such great play from Prescott early in his career. Remember, he had the best all-time season of any rookie quarterback in NFL history. While he was hot out of the gate, Prescott is at a point where he’s cooled off considerably. It’s almost like he’s suffering from a case of Benjamin Button’s disease when it comes to his performance - his progression started out great and is now gradually going the wrong direction. Let’s break down his numbers over his first couple seasons and get an idea of how he’s performed in each game. I’ve concentrated solely on the QB rating, completion percentage, and yards per attempt for this evaluation. His first season was remarkable. His only bad performances that season were against NFC East divisional foes - New York (weeks 1 and 13) and Philadelphia (weeks 7 and 16). Also, Week 16 against the Eagles was a throwaway game as the Cowboys had home-field locked up and Dak only played two series in the game. Of those four sub-par performances from Prescott, the Cowboys lost three of those games, which happened to be the only three games they lost that season. Week 7 doesn’t look quite as bad which is why the Cowboys pulled that game out against the Eagles. Prescott regrouped and played better in the second half, but the team pulled out some sneaky special teams play and clutch defense to give him a shot to win that game in overtime. You guys remember that game Dallas Cowboys Womens T-Shirt , right?This...Then, this...Then, finally this...If you look specifically at his yards per attempt in 2016, you can pretty much set your watch to it whether or not the Cowboys pull out the win. If he’s seven or below, the Cowboys don’t win. Anything above seven, the Cowboys win.Last year, he started off well and had pretty decent numbers in the first half of the season. He posted good QB rating games in six of his first eight games. The Cowboys were 5-3 in that span. And every single loss was another game where his yards per carry was seven or less. When you look at the second half of the season, there’s an awful lot of red there matching up pretty well to the games the Cowboys lost. Of his five worst QB rating games in his career, four of them occurred in the second half of 2017. And once again, yards per attempt correlates well to the outcomes of the game. If that’s going to be a gauge that most accurately determines whether the Cowboys win or lose, it could mean bad news for this team if something doesn’t change. Prescott had 11 of his 16 games in red for yards per attempt. Granted, the Cowboys still won four of those games, but it took a great effort by the defense and some big plays in special teams to get those wins.So here we are in 2018 where Prescott opened the season with another poor performance. Despite not throwing any interceptions and posting a good completion percentage, Dak was just not doing enough with his arm to help the offense. Prescott was not making good reads and time and time again he completely missed open receivers. He opted to check down too frequently than to trust his arm to hit an open receiver for a bigger gain. And he never climbed the pocket to make throws downfield. As the “The Great One,” Wayne Gretzky said, “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” Dak’s not taking any shots. These are all traits that will keep his yards per attempt in the red and unless Prescott makes some improvement to his game, things aren’t going to change much for the Cowboys offense. While this negative trend is enough for Cowboys fans to be concerned Dallas Cowboys Hats , these things are correctable. Dak has made these throws before and it’s not unrealistic to think he can make them again. The coaching staff believes in Prescott and he’s a smart guy. If there is a guy who has the conviction and perseverance to get better, it’s Dak. But actions speak louder than words and Cowboys fans need to see their new franchise quarterback play like a quarterback who can lead this franchise. Because if he can’t and it takes a top 12 pick to land a quality quarterback these days, the Cowboys could be in trouble. Plenty of people have been critical of the Cowboys wide receivers this season, but Cole Beasley has been adamant that they are not the problem that others make them out to be.Given that feeling, one might imagine that Beasley would frown on the team’s decision to trade a first-round pick to the Raiders for Amari Cooper. Beasley is welcoming his new teammate with open arms, however.Beasley said he’s “glad we did something to add to us” and thinks that Cooper will make the offense more dangerous when it returns to the field in Week Nine. Beasley said Cooper’s addition should help running back Ezekiel Elliott, although he’s less sure about what it will mean for him as an individual.“I don’t know, we will find out. Hopefully, a lot,” Beasley said, via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “I have been all right without it so … If it’s any easier for me, the defense is going to be in trouble.”Beasley’s set for free agency after this year, so any boost he gets from Cooper’s presence could help him come the offseason as well. nflshopoutlet.com

of Jason Garrett’s contract as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys. While we heard some reports and murmurings near the end of the season that the team would consider extending him over the offseason Dallas Cowboys T-Shirt , you can put all of those talks to bed. There will be no extension per a report. This isn’t exactly shocking news if you’ve been paying attention over the last few weeks, as erratic as the Cowboys have been, but it is still a little jarring. For Jerry Jones to come out during the week leading up to the Super Bowl when there is so much going on (including things in Dallas with the NBA, Mavericks, and Kristaps Porzingis) is quite the statement. News of Jerry’s intent not to extend Jason Garrett trickled out just hours after the team announced that Kellen Moore would be serving as the team’s offensive coordinator this season. While Dallas didn’t say who would be calling plays for them, they are giving Garrett a first-year coordinator. As talented as Moore could wind up being, that is quite the corner to paint the head coach into. Many Cowboys fans have wanted this for some time, for Jason Garrett to have to coach with his job on the line. He did so during the 2014 season which was one of the best of his career. Five years later Jerry isn’t hiding anything, his message is loud and clear. It’s now or never. In terms of NFL starting quarterbacks, Dak Prescott is the greatest bargain in the league. With salaries for the most crucial position in the game soaring, he is playing for the Dallas Cowboys on a fourth-round rookie deal that is the equivalent of pocket change. While there have been other late-round success stories like Tom Brady, and the Cowboys had UDFA Tony Romo become their starter Dallas Cowboys Hats , Prescott may be unique in that he has been the starter from the first game of his career despite being such a late pick. Having him puts his team in very good shape in a division where the other three teams have various issues with the position. He is unquestionably underpaid, and at some point, perhaps this offseason, that is going to change.Prescott’s career, during which Dallas has gone 33-18, has won many over. But with the struggles in the latter half of 2017 and limited playoff success not all are convinced. Complicating things are the other star players the Cowboys are going to have to pay soon. There was a question raised by Bryan Broaddus of DallasCowboys.com about that.If you go to Twitter and read the replies to that, there are a lot who think Prescott is the guy you leave out in the cold. Allow me to present the argument as to why that would be a mistake. An NFL quarterback who can lead his team to wins in 65% of the games he plays is a precious commodity in a league where we just saw a season open with Blaine Gabbert, Sam Bradford, Joe Flacco, Eli Manning, Ryan Tannehill, Tyrod Taylor Dallas Cowboys Womens Hoodie , Case Keenum, Andy Dalton, Blake Bortles, and Ryan Fitzpatrick all starting for their teams. It is a simple fact that there are not enough legitimate starting quarterbacks for each of the 32 teams to have one. Based on how he performed this year, there is not much of a basis to argue Prescott was not better than all of the players listed above. Where he ranks among the remaining 20 starters is open for debate, but saying he does not belong among them is just ignoring facts, data, and logic. Prescott’s own history is seen by some as an argument that you don’t have to spend a lot of capital, either high draft picks or free agent cap costs, to get a true starter at the position. Brady and Romo also are used as examples. That completely disregards just how rare they are. Most successful starting quarterbacks cost a first-round pick, usually a high one. And the success rate for those is alarmingly inconsistent. While 2018 may turn out to have been a banner year for first round QBs, the verdict is hardly final. Let’s go back to 2016 as a starting point Womens Customized Dallas Cowboys Jerseys , so we are able to look at only those who have three or more seasons of history since being selected, and consider all the first-round QBs taken since 2010. That list includes Paxton Lynch (a bullet accidentally dodged by Dallas), Bortles, Johnny Manziel (another somewhat near miss for the Cowboys, although not nearly as close as some in the media will tell you), E.J. Manuel, Tannehill, Brandon Weeden (who we saw up close and personal, but for negligible cost), Jake Locker, Gabbert, Christian Ponder www.cowboyscheapauthenticstore.com , Bradford, and Tim Tebow. The real message here is that there is no reliable pipeline of NFL quarterbacks. Some years produce multiple starters. Others are total busts. A team cannot just go into the draft with the expectation they will grab their future starter and all will be well, especially without a high pick or the ability to trade up into the first five spots. It is indeed rare that a team goes from one elite quarterback to another, the way Aaron Rodgers succeeded Brett Favre, or Andrew Luck came in behind Peyton Manning. More often, teams wind up taking a step back - sometimes off a cliff. Add in that to even get a realistic shot at a top-level QB usually means having to tank in effect, or invest huge amounts of free agent money with similar levels of risk (see the example of Alex Smith) and it is obvious just how difficult acquiring a true starter is.If you are in that group of 20 or so quarterbacks that can give their team a shot at the playoffs, you can, and will, demand to get paid. Look at the recent history of QB contracts, as provided by our own inestimable OCC in an exchange among our staff about how much Prescott would wind up getting:I don’t see much to argue with there. The team may want to shoot for the $31 to $32 million range with Prescott, but you can clearly see the trend. There is an argument to be made that he has not proven himself to the degree that Rodgers and Ryan have - but Stafford Dallas Cowboys T-Shirt , Garoppolo and Cousins haven’t, either, and their deals were pushing the ceiling up when they were done. Also consider that the recent tumult in the offensive coaching staff is an argument that Prescott was being held back under Scott Linehan. Now the team has gone all in to help him reach his perceived potential with Kellen Moore’s promotion and the hiring of Jon Kitna. That looks like a pretty good indication that they are willing to put a lot of money into his next deal as well. Further, the way the trend is clearly going means that getting a new contract done now will save them money in the long run, before other teams push that envelope even more. So brace yourselves. It is entirely feasible that Prescott’s second contract will set a new record, perhaps pushing to the $35 million per year level. The precedent certainly exists. And it may be worth every penny. Buffalo Bills claim cornerback Ryan Lewis http://www.billsauthorizedshops.com/authentic-jordan-mills-jersey , Punter Corey Bojorquez The Buffalo Bills have claimed two former New England Patriots on waivers. added via waivers to Buffalo’s roster. A corresponding move to keep the Bills at 53 players was not immediately announced.Lewis is a second-year player who originally signed as an undrafted free agent with the Arizona Cardinals in 2017. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, and his best season came in his senior year. He played in 13 games, making 79 tackles. He added 1 sack, 8 passes defended, and 2 interceptions for the Panthers. Lewis has not been on anactive roster, having spent time on Arizona’s practice squad and the Patriots’ practice squad.Last season, the Bills tried to add Lewis off of New England’s practice squad, but the player declined. In order to entice Lewis to stay, the Patriots gave him a raise last season. At the time, he said he wished to remain in New England due to his familiarity with the coaching staff. This season http://www.billscheapshop.com/cheap-authentic-micah-hyde-jersey , Lewis appeared in one preseason game, the finale against the New York Giants. He had two tackles in the game.Bojorquez came to New England as an undrafted free agent this offseason. He played collegiately at New Mexico, where he averaged 45.1 yards per punt over his junior and senior seasons. This preseason, he did not attempt a punt in a game.UPDATE (2:28 pm)As many had expected, the Bills released punter Colton Schmidt to make room on the roster for Bojorquez.Buffalo Bills 13, Tennessee Titans 12: Bills scrape low-scoring win in Orchard Park The Buffalo Bills narrowly put away the Tennessee Titans, 13-12, on the back of an outstanding performance from their their defense. The Bills kept the Titans behind schedule and controlled the line of scrimmage with a run-obsessed gameplan, finishing with a game-winning field goal by Stephen Hauschka as the game expired. The Buffalo defense suffocated the Titans for most of the day. They had three turnovers, kept Tennessee out of the end zone http://www.billscheapshop.com/cheap-authentic-jordan-mills-jersey , and limited the Titans to 221 yards of total offense. Marcus Mariota was 14-of-26 for 129 yards (5.0 yards per attempt) and an interception. The Titans runners combined for 100 yards on 25 carries. Kyle Williams and Jerry Hughes each had a sack. Hughes would’ve had two, but he shoved Mariota to try and avoid a roughing the passer penalty, which backfired when Mariota didn’t lose his balance. The Bills treated Josh Allen with kid gloves in this game, running at more than a 2:1 ratio compared to his passes. It was a good idea too, considering Tennessee’s stout defense. The Bills really struggled to break big plays, with their longest result of the day a 16 yard run from LeSean McCoy. Allen scored a rushing touchdowns and generally made smart decisions most of the day, but rarely attempted to attack the Titans defense. He threw for fewer than five yards per attempt, and though it wasn’t his fault, Allen had an interception bounce off Andre Holmes into the hands of a defender. The big plays weren’t available, but that was enough for today’s win.The other side of Buffalo’s treatment was their stronger commitment to LeSean McCoy and the running game. McCoy had more rushing attempts in this game than he had in the rest of the season to this point. the Titans defense mostly contained him http://www.billscheapshop.com/cheap-authentic-charles-clay-jersey , but he still produced more than 100 all-purpose yards. The Bills finished with an unsexy 43 carries for 144 yards and a Josh Allen touchdown. At 2-3, the Bills climbed out of the AFC’s basement, and preserved Sean McDermott’s winning record for at least two more weeks (the head coach is now 11-10 with the Buffalo Bills).NotesNew waiver addition Jordan Phillips had a good day, in on two tackles for loss.Rookie Taron Johnson netted his first career interception.Rookie Tremaine Edmunds had his second career forced fumble. Shaq Lawson and Jerry Hughes also forced fumbles on the day, and the Bills recovered two of those three.Corey Bojorquez appeared to injure his upper arm, but it didn’t impact his punting. He downed his next kick within the five yard line.Ray-Ray McCloud all but iced the game on his second career catch with a bubble screen for a first down at the end of the fourth quarter. This was the first game-winning drive of Josh Allen’s career.Bojorquez was the only notable injury to come out of this game in real time.

LeSean McCoy's ex-girlfriend says in a new court filing that the Buffalo Bills running back physically abused her and orchestrated a home invasion that left her beaten and bloodied.Delicia Cordon on Tuesday filed an amended lawsuit against McCoy alleging physical abuse during their nearly two-year relationship. She also accuses him of arranging a July 10 attack at a home McCoy owns in Milton, just outside Atlanta, where Cordon lived. The armed intruder demanded specific pieces of jewelry McCoy had given Cordon and repeatedly asked her to return, the lawsuit said. The amended lawsuit seeks more than $50 million in damages.Cordon and McCoy began dating in June 2016, but problems began following the 2016 NFL season when he became physically abusive, the amended lawsuit says."He would often grab (Cordon) in a manner that was painful and would leave (her) skin reddened," it says. "McCoy did not care who was around when he would become enraged. McCoy once physically kicked (Cordon) out of the bed."McCoy has repeatedly proclaimed his innocence and did so again when speaking to reporters after practice Wednesday."I can't control that," he said when asked about Cordon's new allegations. "The only thing I can do is focus on my team, try and get better, and let things off the field take care of themselves."He said he's been "proclaiming innocence since Day 1."To make up for his bad behavior, the amended lawsuit says Youth Kelvin Benjamin Jersey , McCoy would apologize and buy Cordon gifts. But when they argued, he would demand that she return jewelry he'd given her.According to the lawsuit, Cordon loved McCoy and believed he loved her, so she "sought to make their relationship work despite the fact that McCoy was physically abusive to her." She also didn't want to damage his reputation as an NFL player and hadn't revealed the alleged abuse before filing the amended lawsuit, it says.Cordon's original lawsuit, filed Aug. 10, didn't mention physical abuse against her. It also didn't directly accuse McCoy of playing a role in the home invasion. Instead, it accused him of breaching his duty to protect her because he owned the home. It also alleged McCoy "permitted a hazardous condition to exist" by having his friend and personal assistant Tamarcus Porter install a new security system and cameras in June and denying her access to arm the system. The version filed Tuesday says McCoy, through Porter, "arranged for the assailant" who attacked Cordon and her friend, Elizabeth Donald Youth Ryan Groy Jersey , to come into the home to retrieve the jewelry McCoy had repeatedly demanded Cordon return.Donald has also sued McCoy and Porter.Milton police have not arrested anyone in the home invasion. They said in a statement last month that detectives had "encountered numerous obstacles by all involved" and had noticed multiple inconsistencies from people who had provided statements. In an automatic response to an email seeking an update Wednesday, Capt. Charles Barstow said "despite multiple requests, Mr. McCoy has been unavailable to speak directly to detectives."The new version of the lawsuit also expands on Cordon's previous allegations that McCoy abused his young son and dog. Stephanie Maisonet, the mother of McCoy's young son, said in a sworn statement filed in the case that McCoy had physically abused the boy. McCoy responded in a statement on Twitter at the time, calling the allegations "provably false, outrageously inaccurate and offensive."AP sports writer John Wawrow in Orchard Park, New York, contributed to this report.

ATLANTA (AP) — eles Rams broke a sweat Saturday in what was their final "practice" for the Super Bowl.More than 800 friends and family joined Patriots players http://www.losangelesramsteamonline.com/lamarcus-joyner-jersey , coaches, and front office staff at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday morning. After finishing a week of work at Georgia Tech, the Patriots did not hold a walkthrough, but came to the site of the game for team photos and a gathering with their guests. This is the same routine they have followed for previous Super Bowls."This breaks up the day and lets them participate in it with their families," said coach Bill Belichick, who is working his record ninth Super Bowl as a head coach. "This is a dream for every player to play in this game, so to be able to share it with loved ones and family is special. We have tried to embrace it." All members of the 53-man active roster and 10-man practice squad were present, along with players on injured reserve, including running back Jeremy Hill and defensive back Eric Rowe. The Patriots have no players with an injury designation for the final game of the season.Quarterback Tom Brady, also in his ninth Super Bowl, walked in the stadium holding the hand of his 6-year-old daughter, Vivian Womens Cory Littleton Jersey , with his wife and two sons walking close by. Brady spotted former teammate and Hall of Fame nominee Richard Seymour, who rode in with the team, and wrapped him in a warm embrace.Later on, Brady met up with his parents and sisters, while Vivian did cartwheels nearby. The traveling party of Devin and Jason McCourty, the first twins to play together in the Super Bowl, sported shirts that read, "All we do is twin," with "win" printed in contrasting red letters. The Patriots have not played in Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Rams also had family time following meetings and a walkthrough, but at their hotel in Buckhead, then took team photos inside the stadium.Offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth chased his four children around the field, running back C.J. Anderson's mom chatted up coach Sean McVay Womens Brandin Cooks Jersey , and cornerback Aqib Talib introduced defensive coordinator Wade Phillips to his youngest son."It's great," McVay said. "This is something I've never really been a part of. It's really special. We've got a few players and coaches that have been a part of Super Bowls in previous years, but for a lot of guys it's their first time, and I think it's definitely something you want to cherish."McVay said his team enters the game healthy; both safety Blake Countess and kicker Greg Zuerlein, who were previously on the injury report with foot injuries, are good to go. Both practiced in full Friday."I feel really good," McVay said. "I think they understand the time where they can enjoy themselves right now, but when we're doing football-related things, locking into the game plan, they've done a great job. And I think that's kind of been this team's personality really this whole season. It's a good balance; they enjoy themselves, but not at the expense of allowing it to affect our focus and concentration." While the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots were getting ready for Super Bowl LIII, the other 30 teams in the NFL were already fully into the 2019 offseason looking ahead to the 2019 NFL Draft while making plans for free agency. Now with the big game over http://www.losangelesramsteamonline.com/greg-zuerlein-jersey , it’s time for the Rams to plunge into the fray or I suppose time for media and fans to since it’s fair to assume Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of Football Operations Kevin Demoff, Vice President of Football and Business Administration Tony Pastoors, and General Manager Les Snead have been making inroads toward free agency for...well, years TBH.So here’s where things stand on the Rams’ potential free agents starting with the unrestricted free agents in alphabetical order:RB C.J. AndersonNFL Media’s Ian Rapoport said the Rams’ “absolutely want [Anderson] back for 2019.” Hard not to think they can find a way to get this done seeing that he was without an employer as recently as Week 15, though the obvious thing to acknowledge here is Todd Gurley and the balance between the two in 2019...EDGE Dominique EasleyThe Rams signed Easley to a one-year deal back in March for 2018. After tearing his ACL in 2017 before the season even started, Easley re-injured the knee this year in Week 3 and was shut down for 2018 thereafter.Having joined the Rams in 2016, Easley’s last two years have been nearly cut out entirely because of that left knee that has now undergone five operations.Could the Rams bring him back on another one-year trial to see if the knee can hold out?EDGE Dante Fowler, Jr.Another interesting candidate. The Rams traded for Fowler to bring him over from the Jacksonville Jaguars heading into Week 9. While he wasn’t terribly productive, he flashed at times (crucial times even) and certainly was an improvement on the Rams’ options at the time.I think the question here is market strength. While Anderson and Easley would be relatively cheap, short contract options, Fowler could still command a multi-year deal with a much larger impact on the salary cap.ILB Bryce HagerCan’t believe Hager’s already a four-year veteran. The real key here is special teams. Hager’s a mainstay on special teams having taken more ST snaps than any other Ram in 2018. Does that along with the depth he provides at ILB make him a low-cost returnee, or do the Rams look for more linebacking skill and ask Special Teams Coordinator John Fassel to adjust to losing a core contributor?S Lamarcus JoynerI’d count Joyner as good as gone. Coming off of a franchise tag Womens John Sullivan Jersey , the Rams delayed finding a successor much like they did for years with CB Trumaine Johnson. While it’s possible they could tag him again, I’d expect them to identify a replacement unless they’re keen on promoting from within much like they did at the outside linebacker spots to begin 2018.OLB Matt LongacreBy bringing in Fowler and making Longacre a healthy scratch for a couple of games thereafter, the Rams signaled pretty clearly that Longacre’s time with the Rams was coming to an end.QB Sean MannionOne of the weirder decisions here, Mannion was brought in before the Rams drafted Jared Goff yet never really got a chance. Do the Rams see him as their long-term QB2? The Rams hired Head Coach Sean McVay halfway through Mannion’s four years, so it’s not as if Mannion was tabbed by McVay specifically. Perhaps McVay wants to get someone else, but if so, that’s a key, key, key role to fill.LG Rodger Saffold IIISaff has now wrapped up his ninth season in the NFL all of them with the Rams. He re-signed with the Rams in 2014 on a five-year deal after a brief dalliance with the Oakland Raiders that fell through. Given how often Saffold was injured early in his career, it was a risky deal, but Saff’s play especially over the last three seasons validated the cost and then some.So what is his market? He’s 30-years old, so age has to factor in. Still Womens Andrew Whitworth Jersey , he played at a very high level this year. A multi-year deal would probably be required. Could he fetch $10m APY or more?CB Sam ShieldsShields’ return out of retirement went about as well as Rams fans should have hoped. He had some memorable moments while avoiding a catastrophic concussion. Do the Rams spin the wheel for another year? Does Shields still want to go at it?DL Ndamukong SuhHard to see Suh back in horns in 2019. The Rams were able to afford him (and Joyner’s franchise tag) this year because they had QB Jared Goff and DL Aaron Donald still on rookie deals. Donald’s extension along with some roster gaps likely squeeze him out of consideration for the future.DE Ethan WestbrooksThe Rams extended Westy back in 2017 to avoid having to make a decision on him until now, but he saw the least opportunity and thus put up the least production of his career this year. Squeezed out by the addition of Suh and rookie John Franklin-Myers, Westbrooks isn’t as crucial to the depth chart as he has been in years past. Could he be the mitigation plan if/when Suh walks?ILB Ramik WilsonWilson was the go-to early on this season while ILB Mark Barron was still coming to full health. An inexpensive free agency addition in 2018, it’d be easy to just re-up and keep it going, though there’s a contingent of Rams fans who would be eager to see if rookie ILB Micah Kiser could hold down the spot.Restricted free agentsRB Malcolm BrownHis value to the Rams certainly plummeted with the arrival of Anderson. Assuming Meatball is back, I don’t know that the Rams are going to want to spend to bring Brown back as a backup to Anderson in such a specialized role.DB Blake CountessA strong contributor for a RFA. I could see a low tender here.CB Troy HillHill yet again played a ton of football for the Rams. I’ve seen him listed as an unrestricted free agent on some sites, but I think he has just three accrued seasons now. Either way, he’s been (much to the chagrin of many Rams fans) a core contributor. Hill was the go to in 2017 when CB Kayvon Webster went out and similarly he was the first man up when CB Aqib Talib missed time this year. If the Rams opt to move on, this one would be a key rotational role that shouldn’t be undervalued.ILB Cory LittletonAutomatic.Exclusive rights free agentsDE/OLB Morgan FoxFox might have edged out OLB Matt Longacre for the spot across from OLB Samson Ebukam if it weren’t for an ACL injury in May during organized team activities. Is he an afterthought at this point simply because of the injury?CB Dominique HatfieldWR KhaDarel HodgeCB Kevin PetersonOLB Garrett Sickels炉\_(銉?_/炉KR/PR JoJo NatsonLil’ JoJo gotta come back, right? So, clearly the Rams have some tough decisions to make on their own guys before even getting to the point of considering replacements from the market.Gonna be a hell of an offseason to reload and see if the Rams can get back to the Super Bowl.2019 Los Angeles Rams Free AgentsPlayerPOSTypeOutcomePlayerPOSTypeOutcome

Galette http://www.authenticslosangelesrams.com/cheap-lamarcus-joyner-jersey , will move EDGE Dominique Easley to OLB The Los Angeles Rams have passed on signing a familiar face in former Washington and New Orleans Saints OLB Junior Galette. This, according to Rich Hammond:Galette visited the Rams on Monday. Although the physical seemed to have went well, the Rams didn’t even grant Galette a workout for reasons unknown.Galette spent the last three seasons in Washington (two of which were lost to torn Achilles tendons) with Head Coach Sean McVay, Assistant Head Coach/Linebackers Coach Joe Barry and multiple other coaches.Galette is a 30-year old seven-year NFL veteran. He’s amassed 34.5 career sacks, six pass deflections, and six forced fumbles. The Rams passing on Galette is interesting because he would have added to a group that is largely moved by a youth movement. Current “starter” EDGE Matt Longacre is rehabbing from a biceps injury that has kept him in and out of training camp. Rookie EDGE Ogbonnia Okoronkwo is rehabbing a broken foot that has kept him out since organized team activities. Missing those two allows for only EDGE Samson Ebukam, OLB Trevon Young, OLB Ejuan Price, EDGE Justin Lawler, EDGE Ryan Davis, and EDGe Brian Womac to be available.Well. And someone else.Defensive Coordinator Wade Phillips revealed today they have DT Dominique Easley taking snaps at OLB after having taking him off of the physically unable to perform list on Monday. If the Rams plan on re-visiting the potential to add Galette (which doesn’t sound promising at all), here’s some of his ability:Upwards and onwards. The NFL's decision to move the regular-season game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Rams due to the poor condition of the turf at Azteca Stadium has left many Mexicans disappointed, angered and wondering how it will affect the relationship with the league for the future. After consulting with the players association and local officials, the NFL determined the conditions of the historic venue did not meet the standards for playability and moved the game back to the Los Angeles Coliseum. The Rams (9-1) and the Chiefs (9-1) will face off Monday night in a much-anticipated game between the top two teams in each conference.Based solely on the teams' records http://www.authenticslosangelesrams.com/cheap-johnny-hekker-jersey , the game was going to be the best matchup ever played outside the United States. But Mexico blew it."Colossal shame" was the headline of the sports newspaper Record. "The league takes away the best game of the season due to the lousy state of the field that Estadio Azteca was not able to fix. The NFL has left, and its return is in jeopardy."Azteca officials changed the playing surface from natural grass to a hybrid in May, but the turf hasn't been ideal for several months due to its intense use. Since July 21, America and Cruz Azul, the two Liga MX teams that share the stadium, have played 23 games between them in the stadium, and the women's professional team from America has played another seven games there. The stadium also hosted two concerts by Colombian singer Shakira on Oct. 11 and 12, and another one from music channel Telehit on Nov. 7 that left the field in its worst condition in years."I feel devastated, angered and ashamed, all of that together," said former NFL kicker Raul Allegre, who is Mexican and works as an analyst for ESPN Deportes. "I'm still trying to figure out how small minds were so irresponsible in the preparations for a game of this magnitude. I know that the world does not revolve around the NFL, but this is a great event not only for the sport but for the country, and it is inconceivable how it was taken so lightly."According to an NFL study released last year http://www.authenticslosangelesrams.com/cheap-rodger-saffold-jersey , the game between the Oakland Raiders and the Houston Texans played in 2016 generated a $45 million impact on the local economy. The Mexican government said that last year*s game between the Raiders and the New England Patriots topped that number."Our fans in Mexico are among the most passionate, dedicated NFL fans anywhere in the world," said Mark Waller, the league's executive vice president of International who will be in Mexico City on Thursday to discuss next year and what needs to occur at Azteca to keep the NFL interested in playing there. "We will continue to look for ways to bring them closer to the NFL in the days and weeks ahead. We share the disappointment of not being able to play this game as planned in Mexico City."The game is usually scheduled on the third weekend of November, when Mexicans celebrate the Revolution*s anniversary, and the authorities organize additional activities in order to entice fans to spend the whole weekend in the capital. For this year's game, the fanfest that drew more than 300,000 fans in Chapultepec Park was moved to the Zocalo, the country's main square located in downtown Mexico City, in an attempt to draw even more fans. The NFL office in Mexico and the Sports Institute of Mexico City also scheduled a 5k and 10k race for Sunday.Local authorities have not said whether both events will continue."We have to learn from this experience so it won't happen again in the future", said Horacio De la Vega, director of the sports institute in Mexico City. "Everyone needs to assume their own responsibility in this. I think that the crew that takes care of the field in Azteca should have put more attention in such a big issue as the playing field is, and that did not happen."Many fans are also angered because they already paid airfares and hotel fees that are probably lost."I'm very upset because I already purchased my plane tickets and they canceled the game at the last minute. They promised to reimburse my money for the game ticket, but what about the other expenses White Ramik Wilson Jersey , who is going to be held accountable for that?" said Victor Reynoso, a Rams fan who was planning to come to the capital from the northern city of Monterrey.Reynoso is probably not alone, according to Mexico's Tourism Secretary; around 30,000 fans come to the city for the weekend of the game. The federal government, through the Tourism Secretary, pays the NFL $14.5 million for each game. Last year, the NFL and Televisa, which owns Estadio Azteca, announced that they signed an extension to bring back games until the 2021 season. But it's uncertain what is going to happen after Televisa failed to present a field up to the standards for an NFL game. Several NFL owners are wary of further games at Azteca because of this situation, and the league is still keen on playing games in Mexico, but might be ready to consider other venues there. Monterrey and Guadalajara have stadiums capable of hosting NFL games, and both cities will be hosting games in the 2026 World Cup, though the NFL has believed Azteca is the best option.AP Pro Football Writer Barry Wilner contributed.

ATLANTA (AP) — ody is so impressed by his ability to bridge generations of people and football knowledge with equal aplomb. The Los Angeles Rams‘ 71-year-old defensive coordinator sees nothing unusual in his ability to quote lyrics from a month-old Future song right after walking off the team plane at the Super Bowl wearing his 10-gallon cowboy hat and an ancient Youth Jared Goff Jersey , iconic sheepskin coat once owned by Bum Phillips, his late, great father. And though he eagerly makesgranddad jokes about his advancing age and his millennial boss, Sean McVay, Phillips is undeniably still at the peak of his profession. The Rams (15-3) are coming off two outstanding defensive postseason performances as they get ready to face New England and Tom Brady, who had one of the worst outings of his playoff career against Phillips' defense.During 41 seasons in the NFL, Phillips has survived multiple firings and several unsuccessful head coaching stints to become a well-traveled defensive mastermind. He isn't the type to lecture youngsters on his accumulated wisdom, but a few simple truths underline his life's work."You have to be able to adjust," Phillips said. "You have to learn and grow and get better. That's what coaching is about. Life, too. The game isn't waiting around for you. It's going into the future."Part of Phillips' future is Future, the Atlanta rapper who gets played in the Rams' training complex. Phillips says he picked up a few bars from "Rocket Ship" this month and then dropped a verse — "I've been poppin' since my demo" — on a disbelieving Aqib Talib for a team video Monday. But Phillips also carries the accumulated wisdom of his past into this late-career renaissance. After making the Super Bowl once in his first 37 seasons of NFL coaching, Phillips is back in the big game for the second time in four seasons. He won his first championship ring with the Denver Broncos just three years ago."We try to let the guys know you have to appreciate this opportunity," Phillips said. "You don't know if it'll ever happen for you, and they're getting it now. Even if you're a younger player, you can understand that, I think. So we just remind them."Phillips' clever expeditions into another generation's culture happen too often to be just a goof. He is genuinely interested in learning about his players' experiences, just as much as he was in the late 1970s as a 30-year-old assistant under his father with the Houston Oilers. While Phillips listens to whatever music is playing at the Rams' training complex http://www.authenticslosangelesrams.com/cheap-john-sullivan-jersey , he prefers Drake and likes Migos. He plays video games with his grandson, and he showed up at training camp last July with a "Fortnite Legend" T-shirt, claiming his squad would probably win a Battle Royale if he tried. When the Rams took the arena stage at media night, Phillips gleefully shot video on his phone for his popular account, which is full of SpongeBob GIFs and self-deprecating humor ."I love this," he said. "I love the camaraderie. Some of the guys from my Houston Oilers team, (safety) Vernon Perry and Dr. Doom (Hall of Fame linebacker Robert Brazile) and those guys, I'm still in touch with them. We do a thing where we buy bicycles for kids. All along the way, I've had players that I've been close to, and a lot of coaches. Those friendships are life's meaningful things, and that's what I've learned."Unsurprisingly, Phillips is universally popular with his Rams. Talib agreed to move from Denver to Los Angeles partly because he would be reunited with Phillips, and he joked that his eventual retirement plan is to "just chill with Wade."Cornerback Marcus Peters, who has clashed with coaches in the past, would love to get in on that."When you get to spend time with a guy who loves the game like that, and who's so honest and genuine, you love that White Aqib Talib Jersey ," Peters said. "Yeah, we'll hang out. Have a few drinks, and let's groove."Phillips jokes that having All-Pro defensive lineman Aaron Donald on his roster has turned him into a genius, but he quickly assembled a solid unit this fall after the Rams made big offseason changes to his 2017 defense, including the departures of leading tackler Alec Ogletree and top cornerback Trumaine Johnson. The Rams' revamped pass defense struggled at times during the season, but has been mostly solid ever since Talib returned from injury in December to renew his partnership with Peters. Talib excelled in Phillips' scheme for the NFC title game against New Orleans' Michael Thomas, who had only four catches after cutting up Los Angeles for 211 yards receiving when the Saints beat the Rams earlier in the year. While the Rams' performance against the running game hasn't been dominant this year, they've stopped their two postseason opponents' ground games cold. Even while facing Ezekiel Elliott, Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram, the Rams have allowed just 98 yards rushing in their two playoff games combined.Phillips' defenses historically have struggled against New England — just like almost everybody else's defenses — but his Denver Broncos thoroughly stifled the Patriots three years ago to reach the Super Bowl. Phillips isn't promising a repeat with the Rams."Coach Wade always has something to show them," Talib said. "He's always planning, always thinking."When told about Talib's faith, Phillips replied: "Oh, he knows I don't think a whole lot." Here’s what we know: the Los Angeles Rams are going to host the Green Bay Packers in a game that many are predicting to be a one-sided matchup. Yeah, the team led by Aaron Rodgers still has a mystique to them, but do they have a defense that can stand up to RB Todd Gurley and QB Jared Goff? It makes sense to expect a huge game from Gurley and even some power plays from RB Malcolm Brown in garbage time. But, without betraying my hard-held belief that the Rams are going to win this one Youth Tyler Higbee Jersey , what are aspects of the game that we just aren’t seeing yet?Let’s get bold.Gerald Everett will catch 10+ balls with over 120 yards in receptions and 2 TDsCoach McVay has proven of late that his preference for tight end oriented offenses has faded into the abyss — so Jared Goff will most likely be targeting WR Robert Woods, WR Brandin Cooks, and Gurley off bubble screens. But what if they turned a new page in the playbook and highlighted Young Gerald? I’ve predicted this before and eventually I’ll have to be correct about our former 2nd round pick, right? Another punt block for Cory LittletonImagine how jacked the Rams fans would get if this happened on Sunday. As unlikely as LB Cory Littleton getting his 5th punt block of the season, it’s still very possible the way the special teams unit is playing. Mark it down, boys. Three sacks for Samson Ebukam Before last week’s game, the knock on LB Samson Ebukam was that he didn’t have the acceleration to actually get to the quarterback on the regular (two sacks on the season). I have faith in the Eastern Washington product and I’m predicting Ebukam to have a career day. Todd Gurley will score 3 TDs, but all of them will be receptionsRB Todd Gurley has been the answer to Coach McVay’s problem in the red zone. And this week, they’ll spice things up by using the chest punt again. Oh, if you’re doing the math at home, that’s five TD passes for Jared Goff, which isn’t too bold of a prediction these days because he’s awesome.A reasonable expectation would be that the Rams will win in a close game, but since we’re being bold, let’s go with a shutout, Rams win, 35-0.

From 2011-2017 Buffalo Bills T-Shirt , the Buffalo Bills had only one center. Eric Wood, the team’s first-round draft choice in 2009, e began his professional career at another position: right guard. The reason? The center position is remarkably difficult for a young player to handle. If you remember the man who played center next to Wood for those first two years, then you’ll know that he wasn’t a phenomenal player, but he was a reliable veteran. Geoff Hangartner came to Buffalo as a free agent following the 2008 season. His rookie contract had just expired with the Carolina Panthers, and the Bills needed someone to play center while they allowed their young prospect to develop. The current iteration of the Buffalo Bills find themselves in a similar position. Last year, they signed Russell Bodine, a four-year veteran whose rookie contract had expired with the Cincinnati Bengals. This year, the Bills need to replace at least two starters along the offensive line, as underwhelming veterans John Miller and Jordan Mills are unrestricted free agents. Bodine was adequate www.buffalobillsteamonline.com , though unspectacular, at center, and rookie Wyatt Teller was inconsistent at left guard. Even Dion Dawkins, the second-year left tackle, struggled at times. In short, the Buffalo offensive line group was a mess for most of 2018. As they look to reshape and rebuild the unit, they will need to seek new blood from both the free-agent pool and the draft in order to provide the kind of protection necessary. If the Bills want to make positive strides next season, they cannot entrust the center position to a rookie. They must sign a free agent—a veteran—to help Josh Allen along in his development.A veteran center can do wonders for a young quarterback. The most important thing he can do (aside from the obvious, which is to block well) is help the quarterback set and define protections before the snap. This is part of Allen’s game where he absolutely needs work, and it was his greatest struggle early on in the 2018 season. Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll did well to help Allen via scheme in the latter portion of the year, and Russell Bodine deserves some credit for helping Allen www.authenticsbuffalobills.com , as well. If the Bills truly want to improve the center position, they probably won’t be able to do so immediately via the NFL Draft. Prospects like Elgton Jenkins, Michael Jordan, and Ross Piersbacher may develop into fine NFL players, but to ask them to step into the middle of Buffalo’s offensive line with the responsibilities of a professional center is asking an awful lot. While Allen made great strides over the second half of the season, he is still a young, raw prospect who needs help. Buffalo could help him tremendously by pursuing a veteran center to pair with him for the next few seasons. Could Buffalo do what they did with Wood, drafting a center in the early-to-middle rounds and playing him at guard while he learns the game? Absolutely. However, expecting that rookie to pair with a quarterback who will make his 13th career start in Week 1 of 2019 and communicate with what should be an almost entirely new offensive line is an awful big ask of any rookie. The Bills haven’t started a rookie center since 1986. Of course, that year the team paired Kent Hull with another rookie, Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly. While both men were playing in their first NFL season Buffalo Bills T-Shirt , they each had played for at least two years professionally in the USFL prior to that time. Hull came to the NFL understanding protections and blocking schemes, just like any veteran free-agent signing would. In 2019, the Bills should again sign a veteran free-agent center rather than drafting one to start immediately. BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Bills have hired Bobby Johnson to take over as offensive line coach, and are also offering their special teams coordinator's job to Carolina Panthers assistant Heath Farwell.Johnson was hired Tuesday after spending the past season as the Colts assistant offensive line coach. His status in Indianapolis became uncertain after offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo was fired following the Colts playoff loss at Kansas City on Saturday.A person familiar with discussions confirmed Buffalo's interest in Farwell, and spoke to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because he has not yet signed with the team. The Charlotte Observer cited a league source in first reporting the news earlier in the day. Farwell completed his first season as Panthers special teams assistant, and previously spent two years as an assistant coach with the Seattle Seahawks. He's a former linebacker, who played mostly special teams roles in splitting 10 NFL seasons between Minnesota and Seattle.Buffalo's special teams struggles last season led to Danny Crossman being fired two weeks ago.Johnson replaces Juan Castillo, who was also fired after Buffalo's 6-10 finish. Johnson returns to Buffalo, where he was the Bills assistant offensive line coach in 2010 and '11.The Colts allowed a league-low 18 sacks this season. Buffalo's offensive line was a patchwork unit after losing three starters last offseason.

ackers Youth Corey Bojorquez Jersey , and the question on everyone’s mind right now is “who should we blame?” With nearly ten years since the last shutout, Sunday was an especially rare occasion. While the wide receivers and offensive line made mistakes, and Brian Daboll criminally underused his running backs when distributing touches, the real cause of this loss was Buffalo’s rookie quarterback, Josh Allen.I’m not going to sugar-coat things. As well as Allen played within the structure of the play against the Minnesota Vikings, he was that much worse in this one. Allen reverted to bad habits from college in this game. He refused to take what the defense gave him—either enticed by false promises or because he felt the pressure of a mounting deficit. He tried “hero ball” and made costly mistakes. He misjudged pressure and pass rushers and paid the price with several bad sacks. The short of it is that Josh Allen was terrible on Sunday. As bad as he appeared to play live, his performance looks even worse on the All-22 film, as the offensive line doesn’t look truly bad, and Zay Jones and LeSean McCoy were having good days on their routes. The problem was that Packers defensive coordinator Mike Pettine had him spooked. It didn’t help that Kelvin Benjamin delivered his game through the U.S. postal service (he mailed it in). This first breakdown is where I think the wheels came off. At this point in the game, we’re nearing the end of the first quarter. Josh Allen had been decisive, but inaccurate, as Buffalo went three-and-out on their first two drives. Now, with the score 6-0, the Bills were seven plays into a drive that had started at their 25-yard line and moved into Green Bay territory. The Bills faced a second-and-five situation—still outside field-goal range, but at a favorable down-and-distance for an end-zone shot play if they had the right look. Coming out in a 2x2 look with a tight end off left tackle and empty backfield, the Bills split running back Taiwan Jones wide right. He was manned up against linebacker Antonio Morrison, a favorable match-up for the speedy back and a cue that the Packers were in some sort of man coverage, with a single high safety. To this point in the game, the Packers only ran one play with two deep safeties, but a single center fielder would suggest that, initially Womens Tre'Davious White Jersey , the Bills had a winning match-up for a deep shot. In reality, Pettine had designed a blitz that made Allen reconsider what his eyes told him. Both linebackers between the tackles blitz up the middle after the ball is snapped. The left defensive end does a great job preventing John Miller from passing him off to Jordan Mills, and there’s no one to pick up the blitz.Allen initially is looking left after the snap. I can’t tell if he has a hot route against the blitz on that side, or if he’s trying to look off the safety for his deep shot. He turns right but overlooks the blitzers, setting up to throw. As they come in, he tries to muscle in a deep throw, taking a huge hit in the process. Now, kudos to Mark Schofield of Inside the Pylon who noted what this does to a quarterback’s psyche. It’s 3rd and 5, still in opponent’s territory, still a doable play. But now, the puzzle box has been opened. The demons are loose. Allen wouldn’t be the same from now on.This time, the Bills line up and Pettine looks like he’s dialing up the same idea as the previous play, only worse. The two linebackers are “sugaring” the A-gaps as potential blitzers. A safety is stacked over the slot receiver, suggesting the slot corner will also blitz! But this is a lie. Right before the snap, the safety backs off, a linebacker moves backward, and at the end it turns out to be a “zone blitz” with only three real rushers—something Bills fans were well-acquainted-with in 2013.Allen has three receivers running deep routes and two outlet options—a tight end to the right, and LeSean McCoy (who runs a route after chipping, if necessary) to the left. His protection holds up, but he sees phantom pressure and immediately runs out of the pocket.Luckily, he chooses not to throw to Charles Clay Womens Josh Allen Jersey , which could’ve been picked off by the spying linebacker peeling off from his pass rush. Initially I thought this was a true zone blitz, which is what I wrote in the GIF above, but I now think the linebacker is just a typical spy reading the quarterback’s eyes and movement. Unfortunately, Allen gives up on his reads, tries doubling back to the left, and eventually forces a throw to McCoy that falls deep. Awful process, lousy result. Now we’re onto the next drive. It’s 13-0, and the Bills start with a four-yard gain from a McCoy run. On second and six, the Bills would really like a first down to build some momentum. They run this play. This play is very similar to a design we’ve seen Buffalo run a lot—clear out one side of the field and put a receiver in the flat on a swing pass. The wrinkle here is that the receiver is Ray-Ray McCloud III, who starts wide left, motions into the backfield, then motions out to the flat at the snap. It’s very clear that there’s a defender in man coverage on McCloud, and that he’s not in position for an easy tackle. To me, this is a no-brainer. Yes, there are other routes on this play (Allen’s looking for McCoy on a deep angle route), but you have free yards staring at you. McCloud’s a natural punt returner. Give him the ball in space, and he’ll get you five yards. I think Allen should’ve known the down-and-distance, seen the man coverage, and taken the short completion.Allen hesitates as McCoy’s route takes time to develop, and a free rusher (that wasn’t chipped) hammers him into the ground for a sack.I’m not going to break down Allen’s first interception at the end of the half. You’ve seen the deep looks, but it’s more of the same—know the down-and-distance Youth Shaq Lawson Jersey , know the score and time, and take what the defense gives you (or throw it away and settle for three points). But we can go into the second half. In general, Brian Daboll’s done a solid job preparing halftime scripts for the offense to run, adjusting to what the defense showed. This one started well enough, with an 11-yard McCoy run. Then—a false start. The next play was a quick pass to receiver Andre Holmes for three yards. A bit behind him, but fine enough. Then a five-yard check-down to Khari Lee when no one else was open. Good. 17 yards to Clay! Now the offense was moving, and credit to the offensive line holding up against some strange fronts. On a play-action pass from a heavy set, Allen finds McCoy on a check-down for another first down, but a holding penalty negates that gain. The Bills call a quarterback draw, but Pettine was ready for it, and a spy helps tackle Allen for no gain. On second-and-20, the Bills run a pass play, but everyone is covered, and Allen scrambles for three. Finally, we get to this play, on third-and-17. With the Packers up 19-0, and the Bills at midfield with seven minutes in the third quarter, this is pretty much their last chance to get back into the game. The first step for a quarterback’s pre-snap process is to look at the safeties. Are there two deep or is only one deep? How are they aligned? The goal is to identify the number of players in the box (useful for checking into/out of run plays) and the seams of the coverage shell (openings on deep routes).Pettine’s defense looks like Cover-2 or quarters (Cover-4) at first glance, with two deep safeties and with cornerbacks playing off coverage. In a theme we’ve seen many times in the game, there’s a linebacker sugaring the A-gap.The Bills call a play that’s sort of a flood concept, with three receivers running crossing patterns to the left while Benjamin runs a go-route from that side. But the crossers are all roughly the same depth Youth John Miller Jersey , rather than being at different levels of the field. (If a coach would like to chime in with what that concept’s called, I’d love to know more!)Allen sees the defense pre-snap and is going to Benjamin all the way. I assume he read Cover-2 (or maybe Cover-2 palms). In Cover-2, the corner covers the short zone at the sideline, where in palms coverage the corner either goes deep or covers the short zone depending on what route the receiver runs. With that read, I think Allen was hoping he could pull the same trick he did in his preseason debut—pump fake, get the defenders to bite, and use his rocket arm to squeeze in a bullet to Benjamin. It doesn’t work. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix is keeping an eye on Allen, and widens toward the sideline. He doesn’t flinch at the pump fake, and aggressively closes the gap on Benjamin for the hit. Despite Allen’s protection holding up, this play becomes an interception. In retrospect, I think I would’ve chosen to throw to Charles Clay over the middle. With two deep safeties and a player with outside leverage on Clay at the snap, the middle of the field looks wide open for a catch (and it is, though that’s in part because Allen’s action shifted everyone to the left). It’s never a good feeling when the Buffalo Bills are shut out, and to see their franchise quarterback struggle so significantly is a crushing feeling. It’s important to remember that the year is not made of sixteen one-week seasons, but a full set of interwoven matches. Wins are never as great as they seem, and losses aren’t as bad as they appear (even though this offense was still really bad). The bad news is that this game made it apparent that Josh Allen’s college weaknesses are still a problem. The good news is: Those weaknesses are apparent, on film, and something that the coaching staff can develop with him. If Allen’s the prospect he was touted to be, he’ll fix those mistakes in the future. That’s the plan, anyway. Like most fans of the Buffalo Bills, I did not see this one coming.Matt Barkley will start for the Bills against the New York Jets on Sunday Authentic Kyle Williams Jersey , set to become the fourth quarterback to start for the team this season. At this point in the season Color Rush Byron Jones Jersey , rooting for the Dallas Cowboys to make the playoffs is an act of faith. d to have real confidence that some kind of run is on its way. If you accept 10-6 as the playoff mark, it’s not always correct but most of the time if you can get to that record you likely make the playoffs, then the Cowboys have to finish up with a 7-2 record. The Amari Cooper trade adds hope that the offense can get on track, at least somewhat, and ditto the move to replace Paul Alexander as the offensive line coach. With a defense that is the second-best in the league at not allowing points, just an average, consistent offense would change things dramatically.Even if that happens, going 7-2 is a tall task for any team. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones didn’t talk to reporters after last night’s loss to Washington. That’s not news in most markets, but Jones loves holding court, and since he’s the guy in charge, there’s always plenty of people ready to listen. Now, his sudden reticence is a thing. One of the hosts of his weekly appearance on 105.3 The Fan tweeted out word that Jones had canceled his regular Tuesday appearance on the station. The team stayed over in Washington for a field trip today, which may complicate travel arrangements. But last we checked, Jones has a cell phone Color Rush Taco Charlton Jersey , which would enable him to talk from any location if he felt like it.He can’t be thrilled about being 3-4, after a dubious penalty. But the trade deadline is also looming, and his inclination to make a splash often has to be curbed by those closest to (and related to) him. And the status of coach Jason Garrett has also been a recent talking point, with Jones denying that he’s working on an extension.Or, maybe he has a dentist appointment. Who knows? Safety tandem of Jamal Adams and Marcus Maye Authentic Joe Looney Jersey , both coming off solid rookie seasons, could be huge difference maker on defense. Jets also believe they have quarterback of future in Darnold, who was No. 3 overall pick and could make mark right away; they traded backup Teddy Bridgewater to New Orleans. Last year's sacks leader with just five was Demario Davis, who signed with New Orleans. New York needs Leonard Williams to bounce back in big way from last season, when he had two sacks. Offensive line also big question mark. Long is upgrade at center from Wesley Johnson, but everyone else returns from unit that struggled with injuries and inconsistency. Questionable officiating decisions have from time to time impacted the outcomes of games. Questionable officiating decisions also has impacted the outcomes of the legal betting line. With legalized sports wagering now spreading throughout the country, it’s more important than ever that the latter outcome be avoided. It happened on Thursday, with Washington — an underdog in the range of seven to 7.5 points — trailing Dallas by 11 and driving for a score. Facing third and three from the Cowboys’ 13, quarterback Colt McCoy threw a pass to tight end Jordan Reed. He absorbed a vicious blow to the head from Cowboys safety Xavier Woods. It’s the kind of hit that has been flagged many times before, a byproduct of a sensitivity to head injuries that emerged in 2010.Often, officials have penalized players for far less egregious hits, erring on the side of protecting players. The league has evolved away from using the term “erring,” since it implies a mistake. Regardless http://www.cowboysauthorizedshops.com/authentic-anthony-brown-jersey , the officials are supposed to be looking closely for these kinds of hits.In this case, the officials flat-out missed it.Washington settled for a field goal, an eight-point deficit, and an onside kick that failed. A foul would have given Washington a first and goal from the 6, and a fresh set of chances to score a touchdown that, in turn, would have allowed the road team to cover. The fact that the foul wasn’t called surely rankled those who risked their money on Washington plus the points. It’s a tangible example of the challenge the NFL faces when it comes to legalized sports betting. Balanced against all the money the league and its owners will make in the coming years is the risk of tough questions being asked when blown calls result in millions of dollars changing hands. If enough tough questions are asked, changes will be imposed on the league by outside forces. Which means that the best play for the league will be to make the changes necessary to avoid situations like this. When it comes to the rule regarding hits on defenseless receivers, the simplest solution becomes making the play subject to automatic replay review. Royals reliever Jason Hammel gave up a double to Max Kepler and a homer to Willians Astudillo, all with two outs, for the team’s fourth loss in its past five games.White Sox right-hander Lucas Giolito (10-10, 5.85 ERA) will make his 29th start. The 24-year-old has shown improvement since the All-Star break, posting five quality starts in his last seven outings, but he is coming off a turbulent game in which he gave up five runs (four earned) in 1 1/3 innings against the Detroit Tigers. In five career outings against the Royals Gerardo Parra Jersey , Giolito is 3-0 with a 2.01 ERA. He picked up his first win against Kansas City in 2017 and has two victories in three starts against the club in 2018.White Sox manager Rick Renteria said Giolito and fellow starter Reynaldo Lopez have thrown more strikes lately.“Their lines to the plate are better,” Renteria recently said to reporters. “(Pitching coach Don Cooper) talks to those guys. They talk about back-to-front, keeping a good line, ‘staying in the tunnel,’ as he talks about.“I think they understand they’re not always going to make a perfect pitch, but they make adjustments a little quicker now. If they pull off line, those are one of the things that — especially in talking to them — that they’re able to recover. They know exactly what they’re doing, and they’re able to make the adjustment.”For the Royals http://www.rockiesfanproshop.com/authentic-todd-helton-jersey , right-hander Jakob Junis (8-12, 4.32 ERA) will make his 27th start. He has won back-to-back outings, limiting opponents to two earned runs in his past 16 innings for a 1.13 ERA during that span. One more victory will tie his career high of nine, which he set as a rookie last year.Junis is 1-1 with a 6.48 ERA in three career starts against the White Sox. The Sterling, Ill., native has surrendered a half-dozen home runs in 16 2/3 innings while walking eight and striking out 15.Less than two weeks ago, Junis posted the first complete game of his career.“It’s awesome,” Junis said to the Kansas City Star. “That’s a goal you set to do. … Hopefully more to come.” NEW YORK (AP) — San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey’s season might soon be coming to an end.The six-time All-Star said Tuesday night that he’s considering surgery to fix a hip problem that’s been hobbling him all year.“I think when you’re dealing with an injury Nolan Arenado Jersey , it can be a level of frustration,” Posey said. “I’m so hesitant just because … I hate reading stuff where I feel like people are talking and there’s any sort of excuse, no matter what it is.”“But yeah, I mean, just where we are in the standings, too, I think that makes it difficult,” he said. The 31-year-old Posey recently got a cortisone injection and missed last month’s All-Star game.“We have discussed the possibility Charlie Blackmon Jersey ,” Giants general manager Bobby Evans said.Posey didn’t play Tuesday night in a 6-3 loss to the New York Mets after catching all 13 innings in a win Monday. He is expected to play Wednesday.Manager Bruce Bochy said there is no deadline set for Posey to have the surgery. He added the sooner the surgery occurs, the more time there is for Posey to recover. The Giants are 62-65 and behind several teams for the second wild card spot. They are 3-5 on an 11-game road trip and 12-19 since July 13.Posey is hitting .286 with five homers and 40 RBIs. Since the All-Star break, he is hitting .283 with no homers and nine RBIs.Posey hasn’t homered in a span of 166 at-bats since June 19, the third-longest homerless drought of his career in terms of days.“He’s been battling this all year,” Bochy said. “He’s been a warrior through this, dealing with it. But you know, sometimes it comes to a point where you have to do something about it. And that’s what we’re talking about now.”“There is a rehab with this thing if it gets done, and it’s going to take a little while. So http://www.rockiesfanproshop.com/authentic-jake-mcgee-jersey , we want to make sure that we get him right,” he said. The San Francisco Chronicle first reported on Posey’s situation.

makes the game fun Trevor Cahill Jersey , makes it a little more interesting. On Sunday afternoon in St. Petersburg, Fla., Gibbons’ second stay as manager of the Toronto Blue Jays comes to an end with the final game of the season against the Tampa Bay Rays, and Gibby is going out in style. He’s having veteran catcher Russell Martin manage the team.Article continues below ...“I’m having a little fun with it,” Gibbons said Saturday. “Let him see how tough it is.”Technically, Martin will be a player/manager, but he hasn’t played since Sept 3 as the Jays have been looking at younger players. While the game will be an emotional one for Gibbons and the Jays, it really has some importance to the home team.Blake Snell didn’t win his 22nd of the season Saturday night, but the Rays won the game 4-3 for their 89th victory of the season — thus giving them a shot at 90 in a year most people thought would be a washout. They could reach 90 wins for the first time in five years. On Saturday night, Tampa Bay notched its 50th home win.Marco Estrada, slated to close the season and the Gibbons Era, was scratched with the sore back that has bothered him through much of the season. Sam Gaviglio will start against another Rays “opener,” likely Ryne Stanek Melky Cabrera Jersey , with several relievers following.“The good thing is it’s nothing major,” said Estrada, a free agent at the end of the season. “It’s something the doctor feels it should be just fine. If we hit the right spot, this should be cleared away for a while. Pretty excited about it. He said, ‘Keep doing your core program, all the stretching you can, and it should help.’ I’ve stayed on it all year. Just sometimes it froze up.”As far as his future, the 35-year-old Estrada said: “Obviously, there’s always a chance of me coming back. I’m not sure in which direction they’re going, (or) if they want to go younger. It seems to be going that way. But I’m never right about these things. So I don’t really know. But I definitely would love to hear from them again. I’m comfortable here. I do love this team.”Snell pitched five innings and struck out 10 in a no-decision Saturday night, finishing his season at 21-5 with a 1.89 ERA — and apparently headed for the second Cy Young Award in franchise history. He came up short Saturday in his bid to become the first pitcher since Justin Verlander in 2011 to win 10 straight starts.“There’s not really much debate in my opinion,” said his manager, Kevin Cash.Said Snell: “I have a good case.”The Rays’ official Twitter account posted: Congrats to @snellzilla4 on an outstanding season. We’re rooting for you.”Toronto hitters struck out 18 times Saturday night.Gaviglio is 3-9 with a 5.19 ERA this season and 0-3 in his last five starts. He is 0-2 with a 5.27 ERA in three starts versus the Rays this season http://www.angelsfanproshop.com/authentic-zack-cozart-jersey , dropping him to 1-2 with a 4.34 ERA in four career starts against Tampa Bay.Cash said before Saturday’s game that Matt Duffy and Ji-Man Choi likely would not play because of injuries. Also before the game, Rays right-hander Andrew Kittredge learned he had been suspended for three games and fined for throwing behind Austin Romine on Thursday. That led to CC Sabathia plunking Jesus Sucre with Sabathia suspended for five games.Kittredge said he might appeal, but both sentences would be served next season.“I understand, I do, I get it,” Cash said. “I had some really good conversations with MLB, (chief baseball officer) Joe Torre and (senior vice president, baseball operations) Peter Woodfork. And you know what? Kitt, from my understanding, will go through the appeals process and kind of let it be heard, his viewpoint. And then go from there.” MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The Minnesota Twins‘ blueprint for 2018 included a dynamic young center fielder making great plays on defense and coming up with big hits. Of course, that role was supposed to be filled by Byron Buxton, once considered the top prospect in baseball.Instead Ian Kinsler Jersey , the Twins are rallying around Jake Cave.Cave hit his first career grand slam and closer Fernando Rodney survived a chaotic ninth inning as the Minnesota Twins beat the Kansas City Royals 6-5 on Sunday.Buxton’s 2018 has been mostly a washout due to injuries. The No. 2 overall pick in the 2012 draft was optioned to Triple-A Rochester and is currently on the minor league disabled list with an injured wrist. That opened the door for Cave, a 25-year-old rookie the Twins acquired in a minor league trade with the Yankees this spring.“This is my dream,” said Cave, who’s more or less been the Twins’ everyday center fielder since late June. “I wouldn’t have it any other way.”Cave homered in his major league debut on May 19, and he established himself with a number of highlight-reel catches along the way, earning him the trust of manager Paul Molitor. The latest step in that process is came Sunday as Molitor started the left-handed hitting Cave against a hard-throwing lefty in Kansas City’s Danny Duffy (7-10), who had been tough on the Twins in three prior starts this season. That trust was rewarded with two outs in the second inning when Cave jumped on a full-count fastball for his first career grand slam and fourth homer of the season to put the Twins on top 4-2.“I know Duffy’s got good stuff, I know he’s a competitor, and I know he’s going to come right at me at some point with the heater,” Cave said. “I got it, just stayed short, didn’t try to do too much, and I was rewarded.”Cave fell behind 1-2 in the at-bat and then laid off some tough pitches Albert Pujols Jersey , including a curveball that just missed inside at 1-2 and a fastball just below the knees one pitch before the grand slam.“I had him punched out twice, and it’s tough to see the ball go out of the yard,” Duffy said. “But you still have to keep pitching.”Molitor likes what he’s seen so far from the Twins’ second choice in center field.“He’s got a little moxie to his game. He’s not afraid to take some chances on the bases and defensively, which is good because when he got up here we said, ‘Don’t play tentative.’ If you play timid, the game will bite you,” Molitor said. “I think he’s taking advantage so far. Hopefully it’s a good step for him as he tries to get himself established up here.”RODNEY WALKS THE TIGHTROPERodney came on to protect a one-run lead and promptly gave up Whit Merrifield’s fourth hit of the game leading off the ninth. But catcher Mitch Garver threw out Merrifield trying to steal second. Alex Gordon then struck out. Big sigh of relief, right?Hold that thought. Salvador Perez lined a single to center. Pinch runner Adalberto Mondesi stole second, then took third as Lucas Duda walked on a full-count pitch. Duda even stole second, his first stolen base since 2014.But with the tying run 90 feet away, Rodney retired Rosell Herrera on a ground ball to earn his 24th save in 30 chances.“I thought that we were going to find a way to score a run there,” Royals manager Ned Yost said. “We just couldn’t muster it.”QUOTABLE“It’s easy to get frustrated, which I did. I came back to the dugout and I had my little 30 seconds of being upset. But I know we’re winning this game http://www.dodgersfanproshop.com/authentic-babe-herman-jersey , we’re up by one and we’ve got our big man (Rodney) coming in in the ninth. I’ve got no choice but to give my best for him.” — Garver, on refocusing after he grounded into a rally-killing double play in the eighth inningSHORT STARTTwins starter Ervin Santana lasted just 4 1/3 innings in his third start since spending half of the season on the disabled list. Santana gave up three runs on seven hits and left after throwing 78 pitches.Lefty Gabriel Moya (2-0) got out of the two-on, one-out jam and earned his second career victory. He picked up career win No. 1 in Friday’s series opener.“I just kind of felt we were at a little bit of a crossroad there,” Molitor said about pulling Santana in the fifth inning. “My gut told me we wanted to go ahead and try to get those last two outs with Moya, and thankfully he got it done.”TRAINER’S ROOMRoyals: Mondesi got a second day off to rest his right shoulder, which he strained while diving for a ball on Friday.Twins: Grossman was replaced by a pinch runner after hitting a one-out single in the seventh. After initially listing him as day-to-day with a mild right hamstring strain, the team announced after the game that Grossman would be placed on the 10-day disabled list.UP NEXTRoyals: RHP Jakob Junis (6-11, 5.12 ERA) takes the mound on Monday to open a three-game series against the Chicago Cubs in Kansas City. In his last start, Junis pitched into the sixth inning and struck out five White Sox to pick up his first victory since May 18.Twins: RHP Kyle Gibson (5-8, 3.47) will face the Indians for the second straight outing as the Twins open a three-game series in Cleveland on Monday. Gibson pitched six innings and allowed three earned runs while fanning six in a 6-2 loss to the Indians last Tuesday.

Week 9 in a battle of the NFC’s best to this point. To get a better sense of the Saints and what they’re doing in 2018 Youth Robert Woods Jersey , I linked up with Chris Dunnells of Canal Street Chronicles, the SB Nation community for Saints fans.Since 2006 when Sean Payton and Drew Brees arrived, you guys have had one of the best offenses in the NFL. What makes the 2018 offense different from some of the others? And how much of it is just down to Drew Brees being Drew Brees...and how long can that last?Defensively, things aren’t quite as stellar. How is the defense taking shape, and what are the major concerns heading into the second half of the season?Losing DE Marcus Davenport is obviously a huge blow, but how is the rookie class coming together? Any late-round or UDFA impacts? At this point, developments around the NFL begin to revolve around the playoffs. What do you need to see from the Saints over the next two months to feel good about your playoff run? What aspects of the team will determine whether or not you guys succeed in January? Given the state of this game and the caliber of our two teams whether or not you see those aspects materialize on Sunday, it obviously leads into the state of affairs in the postseason. So what maybe do you want to see on Sunday that you haven’t seen or haven’t seen enough of from the first seven games?Drew Brees http://www.authenticslosangelesrams.com/cheap-michael-brockers-jersey , who now holds the record for the most passing yards in the history of the NFL, turns 40 in January. Sean Payton is now in his 12th season as head coach of the Saints. How much more gas is left in the tank? I know Brees is under contract for next year and having a hell of a year, and Payton signed that five-year extension in 2016. But much like the New England Patriots with HC Bill Belichick and QB Tom Brady, it certainly seems from the outside like Payton and Brees probably ride out together whenever that may come. When do you think that will be, and what will set the stage for it? Will it be a Super Bowl and a Peyton Manning-like exit on top, or do you think they’ll both push the pedal until there’s nothing left? Thanks to Chris for the time. Patrick Mahomes threw for the most yards in the NFL this season and had his second six-touchdown game. But it is the five turnovers the Kansas City quarterback committed that led to the Chiefs dropping their second game this season.Mahomes threw three interceptions and had two fumbles in Monday night's 54-51 loss to the Los Angeles Rams at the LA Memorial Coliseum. Three of the turnovers resulted in Rams touchdowns, including a fumble and interception return for TDs by Rams linebacker Samson Ebukam."I gave them 21 points through turnovers," said Mahomes White Andrew Whitworth Jersey , who completed 33 of 46 passes for 478 yards. "It sucks right now, plain and simple. You wanted a win like that over a playoff team."It is the first three-interception game of Mahomes' career. The first pick came when Ebukam stuck his left hand up at the line of scrimmage and came down with the ball before returning it for a touchdown.Mahomes said he was intending to throw to tight end Demetrius Harris, but that he babied the throw instead of putting more velocity on it.The last two picks came on the final drives as the Chiefs were attempting to tie the game with a field goal.Chiefs coach Andy Reid said the Marcus Peters interception with 1:18 remaining was mostly the result of pressure by Ebukam. The last one, which was picked off by LaMarcus Joyner with 13 seconds remaining at the Rams 28, was Mahomes trying to make a play late. The two fumbles were the results of strip sacks by Aaron Donald, who has a league-leading 14.5 sacks."He's made enough of those plays where you have full trust in him," Reid said. "We always talk about protecting the ball and he usually does a good job of that."Wide receiver Chris Conley, who had seven receptions for 74 yards White Brandin Cooks Jersey , said this is the first game that felt as if it had a postseason feel."Both teams were charged and ready to play like the playoffs. You have to be at your best though, because there are no second chances and do overs."Despite the turnovers, Reid was impressed with the way Mahomes was able to battle through some early adversity. Early in the fourth quarter, he fired a 73-yard touchdown pass to Tyreek Hill to bring the Chiefs within 40-37. It was Mahomes' second-longest completion of the season."He's resilient and has confidence in himself. Things are going to happen in a game," Reid said. "The great ones come back firing and tries to rip their hearts out the next series."For a team that has high postseason aspirations, one concern could be that most of Mahomes' interceptions have come against quality defenses. Besides the three against the Rams, he threw two in a loss to New England on Oct. 14 and two against Jacksonville on Oct. 7.Rams linebacker Dante Fowler Jr., who has faced Mahomes twice this season White Cory Littleton Jersey , said he felt like Mahomes was getting a little rattled late in the game."When you are in situations like that, his first year in situations like that, it's kind of hard. We put the pressure on him and we did a good job," Fowler Jr. said. For Mahomes, the lessons from this loss were the same as when the Chiefs lost to the Patriots 43-40 on Oct. 14: You can't make mistakes against good teams.Kansas City goes into the bye at 9-2 and with the best record in the AFC. Reed and Conley are confident that Mahomes will be ready for the December stretch drive."Patrick is a gamer. We are behind him and we know he will bounce back from this and get better," Conley said.

LOS ANGELES (AP) —efighting career Womens John Sullivan Jersey , Ken Roberts spent his first night off at one of the NFL’s most anticipated games of the season. The Ventura County Fire Department Captain was one of many honored by the Los Angeles Rams during Monday night’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Roberts was one of many first responders who received tickets to the game as the Rams honored those impacted the past two weeks by the shooting at a Thousand Oaks bar and Southern California wildfires.“The past couple weeks as a firefighter is the toughest I have experienced,” Roberts said. “To have one monumental event and have the active shooter was enough for one whole career. Then you add on a fire that impacts the exact same area, we just didn’t have a chance to breathe.”The Rams train in Thousand Oaks, where 12 people were killed in a mass shooting at a country music bar on Nov. 7. The next day a pair of wildfires broke out in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, forcing thousands of people to flee.Roberts got off work Monday morning. He then picked up his wife and son before heading to the LA Memorial Coliseum to enjoy the game with friends and colleagues. The game was originally scheduled to be played in Mexico City before the NFL moved it back to Los Angeles due to poor field conditions.“To come together, take a deep breath and watch some good football is monumental,” Roberts said. The Thousand Oaks Titans youth football team, who trained at the Rams facility last Friday before its Pacific Youth Football League final, were also at the game after being treated to a pregame VIP tailgate party.“It was very hard. We had kids coming in from as far as San Bernardino and Long Beach where they had been relocated. They came every night, just sometimes we didn’t have fields to practice on,” coach Steve Szakos said.Several of the 25 players — including quarterback Jacob Poley — were evacuated from their homes. Poley and his family have returned home, which is still standing.“This has taught me to be more thankful and that nothing is for granted. You have to appreciate everything,” the 14-year old Poley said. The California Lutheran University Choir sang the National Anthem and were joined by first responders, who held the flag. Cal Lutheran alumnus Justin Meek, who was one of the 12 victims in the shooting, was a member of the choir for four years.“They are honored to be singing and share in everything. For these students to go back out and be with other people is good Youth Marcus Peters Jersey ,” choir director Wyant Morton said.Karen and Jordan Helus, the wife and son of fallen Ventura County Sheriff Sergeant Ron Helus, lit the LA Coliseum torch prior to kickoff.Ventura County Sheriff sergeants Jason Robarts and Dave Brantley both knew Helus for over 25 years and said that he would be overwhelmed with the outpouring of support for his family.“Seeing everyone come out it makes you get through it a lot easier,” Robarts said. “The guy was one of the most tactically sound. If there was someone I wanted to go in and deal with a situation it was this guy. What is hard is we had the right person doing the job.”Dylan and Derek Adler, the 17- and 12-year old sons of Sean Adler, served as honorary water boys for the game. Sean Adler was a member of the security team at the bar.“It’s a way to get my mind off everything. It’s almost overwhelming what people are willing to do for us,” Dylan Adler said.Kevin Demoff, the Rams Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Football Operations, said after the Rams 54-51 victory that the game was one way for the organization to show its appreciation to everyone.“Right after the Borderline shooting you are trying to figure out how to lead your community and 12 hours later you are wondering if you are even going to have a community,” he said. “Our organization saw it not as a challenge but really an opportunity to put the best of Los Angeles and its people on display and I think you saw that tonight.” ESPN's "Monday Night Football" crew is under the spotlight every week, but attention will be further magnified when the Los Angeles Rams host the Kansas City Chiefs in a matchup of 9-1 teams. This week's game carries more storylines than usual. It's the first Monday night game in Los Angeles since 1985. It's also just the second time that teams meeting on Monday night in Week 11 or later have each had one or fewer losses. While most of the attention will be focused on quarterbacks Jared Goff and Patrick Mahomes, it is also an opportunity for the crew of Joe Tessitore, Jason Witten and Booger McFarland to show improvement in what has at times been a trying first year. That is especially true for Witten, whose transition from the playing field to the booth has not gone quite as well as former teammate Tony Romo's move to CBS. Witten has had some noticeable flubs but has owned up to them."Hell, I'm not perfect," Witten said during a teleconference last week. "Certainly with Tony and the success that he had http://www.ramsfootballauthentics.com/jared-goff-jersey-authentic , I really try not to live in that world and fully embrace it and continue to get better and evaluate it. I think with the flubs, I certainly do not deny it, I don't try to hide it and as you said, that's really all you can do in those moments is self-deprecate and move forward."Three-man booths can take time to develop, but time has not been on the side of recent announcing teams. The last three "MNF" booths with two analysts have lasted two or three seasons. The challenge of developing chemistry is tougher since McFarland is down on the field hovering above the action instead of next to Tessitore and Witten. "MNF" producer Jay Rothman said there are cameras set up where the announcers can see each other and that interruptions have been rare."I think it's going to be something unique and different that no other, no other broadcast can offer, which is offense, defense, young, old, I consider myself old, guys talking about football and having a conversation that pulls the viewer in," McFarland said.Tessitore said the group's biggest improvement has been late in games when they have been close."I think that's when the three of us are at our best," he said. "I never doubt our ability to document, assess, talk strategy Youth Robert Woods Jersey , scheme, players, in the moment quickly and just let it happen. Where I think this crew has gotten better in recent weeks, and I think it's going to continue to get better, is having really good cohesive conversation that flows and finds a rhythm."Both teams already have wins on Monday night this season. The Rams defeated the Raiders in Week 1 and the Chiefs rallied to beat the Broncos in Week 4. Witten said while everyone is looking at the matchup between the quarterbacks, the chess match between coaches Sean McVay and Andy Reid is even more interesting."The Rams having a season that they had last year with a young head coach, a lot of hype, a lot of expectations and they have met that," he said. "On the other side, it's kind of the opposite. I mean, Andy Reid has really reinvented himself offensively in Kansas City, making a decision to trade Alex Smith who had taken that team to multiple playoff appearances, and Patrick Mahomes, I mean, he's worth the price of admission.""Monday Night Countdown" analyst Louis Riddick said the game moving to Los Angeles from Mexico City might make it even better."If this doesn't grab your attention, I don't know what does. Now with it being played stateside Womens Michael Brockers Jersey , a lot of people will be lucky to go to this game," he said.ESPN has not been fortunate with great late-season matchups in recent years, but that isn't the case this season. Monday's game is part of five straight weeks of games with playoff implications. The network is also pleased with the ratings, which are up four percent from last season, averaging 11.4 million viewers. This week's matchup has a chance to be the most widely-watched "MNF" game on ESPN. The record is the 2009 game between the Vikings and Packers, when Brett Favre's return to Green Bay drew 21.839 million viewers."There are those teams from a ratings perspective that are just global teams that move the meter 鈥?the Steelers, Packers, Patriots and Cowboys," Rothman said. "Historically, Kansas City has not been one of those that move the meter ... and L.A. is sort of getting there, but it's going to be interesting to see."

After an embarrassment in Green Bay Authentic Stephen Hauschka Jersey , the Buffalo Bills will look to bounce back at home against the Tennessee Titans. against the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Philadelphia Eagles. Last week, the offense was terrible and the defense did what they could to stop the bleeding. These five players could be key to the Bills success on Sunday:QB Josh AllenAllen is going to be on this list all year and I shouldn't have to spell out why. He struggled mightily last game, whether it was being wildly inaccurate, holding the ball to long and taking the sack, or trying to make too much out of something that is nothing. All of those things are what we expected from Allen when he was drafted since that was a big part of his game at Wyoming. However, week to week improvements are vital to see how he will progress as an NFL quarterback. Offensive coordinator, Brian Daboll Bills Ryan Groy Jersey , needs to get Allen into a rhythm early to set the tone for the length of the game. RB LeSean McCoyMcCoy has been nonexistent through the first three games he appeared in. Through those three games he has just 29 total touches for 126 yards—not ideal for what is supposed to be your best offensive player. However the Bills can get the ball in his hands, they need to do it. WR Zay JonesI don't expect much more from Kelvin Benjamin as a reliable target for Josh Allen but Jones has shown a glimmer of hope on a handful of occasions. He hasn't been targeted much but when he is, the result is usually a positive outcome. As unimpressive as it is, he is their leading receiver with 10 catches for 144 yards on the season. I’d expect Allen to give him more opportunities to make plays with the ball in his hands. DE Jerry HughesAfter a two-sack performance in Week three, Hughes and the rest of the pass rushers were no where to be found against the Packers. Given, there were multiple times where the Bills defensive line was being pulled to the turf, they need to be better. It all starts with Hughes Bills Jason Croom Jersey , as he has been the best pass rusher on the Bills for the past few years. Hughes has his work cut out for him in his matchup against Titans’ left tackle, Taylor Lewan, one of the top left tackles in the NFL. CB Taron JohnsonJohnson has been a bright spot for the Bills, much like Matt Milano was last season and a mid-round rookie. As the starting nickel corner, Johnson is rarely out of position and makes a lot of tough open field tackles. Last week, Johnson was by far the best player on both sides of the ball for the Bills. With a decent receiving corps and two good running backs, Johnson could have another busy day in the slot.Buffalo Bills paying tribute to first responders on 9/11 On Tuesday Cheap Kyle Williams Jersey , the country marks the 17-year anniversary of the horrific terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 that killed nearly 3,000 people and injured more than 6000 when four planes were hijacked by al-Qaida in coordinated attacks on the United States. The Buffalo Bills are doing their part to honor local first responders, with the team announcing a series of activities planned for Tuesday. In a partnership with the Buffalo Police Department and the Buffalo Fire Department, the activities will serve as a way for the team and its players to say thanks to area police officers and firefighters. Members of the Bills will take part in a presentation alongside Mayor Byron Brown, Buffalo Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood, and Buffalo Fire Commissioner William Renaldo at Belle center Bills Corey Bojorquez Jersey , before accompanying members of the Buffalo Police Department’s Neighborhood Engagement Team for police ride-alongs at 3:30 p.m. Following the completion of the ride-alongs, the Bills and members of the police force will participate in activities with children from the Buffalo Police Athletic League and the Belle Center, starting at 4:30 p.m. Afterwards, to honor the 17-year anniversary of the terrorist attacks, the Bills will say thank you to members of the Buffalo Fire Department by serving them dinner at Engine 31. The firefighters will lead a tour of the fire house before enjoying a dinner catered by (716) Food & Sport, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
